We are not responsible for orders that may get lost or stolen during transit or upon delivery. Please contact your mail carrier immediately to locate your package or file a missing claim with them.

All sales are final. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We accept returns for refund or exchange only on defective or incorrect items. Please contact us at info@madeinchi.com within 7 days of receiving your defective or incorrect item(s) to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Any requests after the 7 day limit will not be approved. Product must be unworn & unwashed.
